WALTZ OF HALOS

A swan ship glides and leads my soul
to the blest hill of Zela's white isle.
Her blue rose sings; it bears no spines
I hear fire speak her wish for man.
The glad sun bows as rays kiss earth
a dark snake bleeds; the pure lamb reigns.
I veil my face to greet love's gift
and waltz with light for iron is rust.

BIRTH OF THE HALLOWS

As jade spires glint in bows of lace
old Tain clips gilt from grey silk plaits.
He fans red wings; lakes brim with buds
dew sprays the rocks; a rare harp strums
roots bear high elves; palms hail their gifts.
Tain drapes his light to shield the realm
A surge of volts jerks earth from sleep
All gaze on skies that smile and flash.

THE HERALD'S VISION

The holy sage chants; fire robes a star
Zor strides in snow; his feet trail soot.
A maid bleeds light; ash mars her train
the witch king sneers as puce gas coils
and storms her mind to aid his plot.
The high slave fades in halls of grace
Zor's pure mask rips; iron stabs a lord.
That fell scene dies; bones thud on tiles
for man's blest gift is blitzed by grief.

TODAY IS FOR LOVE

A ruby dart sails, it sears my palm
I feel the surge of glory and bliss.
Larks waltz with doves to kiss my brow
the mystic gate parts; all holy seals melt
so halos may rise and paths shine true.
Hark a horn blasts! Hail riders in white!
O come dear prize! Call magic to blaze
for arid, grey souls whose hopes are dross.

THE MARCH OF THE ELECT

A pink veil drifts; the fir trees bow
as pearl globes wink and blue capes trail.
Stars bead sun hair; buds flow from lips
rapt faces spark gems; hands clasp to pray
for cities of ice where acid rots men.
Lead spikes stab faith; hate lobs her boils
rocks groan in pangs; the gifted souls writhe
their mute tears gush and salve earth's woes.

THE DARK LORD STALKS

The gold mist sings; her comely gaze thrills
A host of shades crafts runes and spells.
Gales part her drapes; whines blast the hush
ash hoods fall dead; fangs glint to snarl.
Void eyes shoot rays; my soul sinks wan
a hiss rips flesh; I whirl past stars.
My body leaks slime; the dark realm looms
I hear drums pound to greet new wraiths.

THE DAY OF GRACE

O high Lord wing with oil to bless
the once lost heir who gored red eyes
of trolls and ghouls born from fire's pit
to rend his staff that flared at sea
so the fair race might fear no blood.
O haste white gift! Bring forth your crown
ablaze in rich rose to hail the peace.
Adorn his sweet head with glory and lauds
and spray holy scent upon the glad aisle.
O chaste maid glide! Come pleat your love
in his moist heart long torn by war.

THE BLACK ROSE

A fell bird spits; my gold rose wails
Ice rots her glow and rays of love
Her body is puce; tar spews from boils
it stabs blest eyes that dim to die.
A foul song whines; the foe gnaws flesh
to gild his nest with gems of rout.
His iron mob pulps the air stung red
Barbs rage in trees and kill like asps
O woe fair buds; your reign is ash!”

NIGHT MAGIC (SEQUEL TO KING SIRA)

A rose girl sighs and strews her pods
stars fire old gems to blast the smog.
By glint of moon a tree plays pipes
as mares fan wings and roe deer clap.
The dark bile wanes; a red soul fits
sun robes the maid; it spins gold joy.
Her eyes brim love to gift man songs
a pink horn blows; she veils her face
to gaze on hope; the King's blest heir.

KING SIRA

A king falls gored by darts of fire
The skies rain soot; a foul gas coils.
It rots pure buds; grey lips ooze tar
and split rare trees that waltz in joy.
Man howls for life but sinks to mist
Gales hurl the ash of once high lords.
O woe gilt souls who drift here blind
The red ghoul stalks to slime his prey.

THE ICE MAIDEN

A lady of ice strides up the aisle
as Mark and Ada link hands to wed.
She parts her cape; it stirs chill gusts
her coal lips curl; a fell dirge trails.
Veins die in frost that chokes the heart
the witch dame puffs; slaves rise to lands
where no sun thaws a gelid iron war
on souls who love and tie their joy
for man's cruel ruse sings free of rest.

ADIEU TO A STAR

O ruby star flare! Dim not your gaze
when the glad tree is shorn of grace
and doves part wings all fair with hay
in a drear barn that bore our salve.
O fire tip dart to pluck my soul
if rust eats holes so new love cries.
I pine for bliss; come melt this life
and let me waltz with your fond kin.

BEYOND THE LIGHT

I hail the morn a yew tree sang
to spray his dust of ruby and rose.
A fairy girl bowed; her garb was sun
She blest iron soil that hags once cursed
and woke the lakes with voice of silk
so I might gaze at high wars won
to shield this realm for souls in love
who fell the ghouls as light beams fire.

A DOVE DESCENDS

An olive twig falls; I taste its fruit
The tar of life melts from my soul.
A dove sails low; gold lights his head
He parts his beak and holy words pour
that grant me grace to kneel at thrones
where lost gifts well in glory of gems.
The wise, pure bird bears one in shade
Christ sears my mind; no veil hides guilt.

O RES MIRABILIS (O MARVELLOUS THING)

O guide, wing swift to swathe my seed
in the blue robe that glints with stars
so thorn and nail will bore no bed
for vipers to squirt the toxin of rot.
From your high realm let sail a kiss
if black art roars and rends my eyes.
O sweet maid gird your slave with fire
in times of blood when wicks fall dead.
